We’re proud to announce that The Racing Centre will be taking part in Racing Together Community Week 2025 with a special volunteering event taking place right here in Newmarket – the global home of horseracing.
On Wednesday 7th May, staff and volunteers from across the racing industry will roll up their sleeves for a hands-on morning of gardening and restoration at Newmarket Community Hospital, helping to revitalise five courtyard gardens used by patients, staff, and visitors.
This event forms part of the national Racing Together Community Week (5–11 May) – British racing’s annual celebration of giving back. It’s a fantastic opportunity for racing’s people to show their commitment to local communities and to work side by side for a great cause.

Community Spirit in Action
Last year, more than 75 racing organisations came together for Racing Together Community Week, donating hundreds of volunteer hours to causes nationwide. We’re proud to be part of that movement again this year – showing how racing can work together for positive change.
